Let’s begin where you are now.

And move towards where you want to be.

Therapy offers an opportunity to understand yourself more deeply, loosen old patterns, and discover new ways of living that feel more authentic.

Together we'll explore not only symptoms, but the stories, relationships, losses, values, and hopes that shape your life.

Therapy can be a place to reconnect with yourself, grieve what has been lost, and discover what is waiting to emerge.

A place to explore what matters most

Therapy with me is a grounded, compassionate space where you can slow down, reconnect with yourself, and begin making sense of what you are carrying.

Perhaps life has changed in ways you did not expect—through grief, relationship changes, burnout, identity shifts, or transitions that have left you questioning what you thought you knew.

Perhaps you've experienced loss, disillusionment, a crisis of faith, or a growing sense that the life you've constructed no longer fits.

I believe healing is not about becoming someone different—nor is it about staying the same. Instead it is becoming more intimate with and moving closer to who we actually are. It is a process of unfolding.

Healing is also not about forgetting the past or bypassing suffering. Instead we will work to integrate your experiences so that every part has a place.

Together, we may explore patterns rooted in attachment, identity, unmet expectations, or past experiences while also making room for meaning, creativity, resilience, and new possibilities to emerge.

My approach

We are shaped in relationship, and often we heal there too. Therapy offers a space where you can experience being known without having to perform, earn acceptance, or hide your struggles. A therapeutic relationship rooted in presence, trust, and authenticity, can allow new ways of relating to yourself and others to gradually take shape.

In addition to upholding an evidence-based and trauma-informed practice, I also rely on a grief-informed perspective. Grief surfaces after the loss of a loved one. It also presents after the loss of a role, identity, or dream. It can also emerge in response to the destruction of nature, the sorrows of the world, or the ache of disconnection. I practice with a respect and awareness that the internal landscape of grief is vast, varied, and on some level, touches us all.

Therapy with me is not about judgment or rushing towards quick fixes. It is a collaborative process of honoring your individual path and helping you feel more connected, grounded and alive within your own life.

Depth-oriented therapy for meaningful change

I believe the human psyche has its own wisdom. Together, we'll slow down enough to listen. Rather than trying to eliminate difficult experiences as quickly as possible, we'll approach them with curiosity and compassion, trusting that even suffering can hold the seeds of transformation.

Just as nature knows how to heal after fire, grow toward light, and adapt through changing seasons, humans also possess an innate capacity that moves us towards healing and growth.

Therapy isn't about forcing this process. It cannot be forced, only nurtured. Together we'll cultivate the conditions in which greater self-understanding, compassion, and resilience can unfold.

Our emotions, recurring patterns, relationships, and even the metaphors, symbols, images, dreams, landscapes, poems, and music that resonate with us can offer valuable clues about who we are and what we need.

Who I work with

In my clinical practice, I serve people of all backgrounds and experiences. You are welcome here.

My clients are often introspective and ready to understand themselves more fully. They are willing to courageously—and incrementally—create lives that feel more authentic, meaningful, and liberated. We tend to work with long-held emotions that have remained beneath the surface for years.

Additionally, I often support clients who feel “different”, are deeply feeling, spiritually curious, or caught between opposing truths, such as grief and hope, brokenness and beauty, fear and growth, self and other.

Many of my clients are navigating:

  • Grief and significant loss

  • Pregnancy, postpartum, and identity changes

  • Major life transitions

  • Persistent sadness or feeling emotionally "stuck"

  • Chronic self-criticism & self-worth struggles

  • Feeling responsible for everyone else

  • Difficulty trusting themselves

  • Stress, overwhelm, and burnout

  • Questions of purpose, meaning, or spirituality

  • Feeling disconnected from who they truly are

You don't have to be in crisis to benefit from therapy. Sometimes the desire for change begins with a quiet sense that life could feel different.
